Tchap, messagerie instantanée

En bref, l’État lance sa messagerie instantanée sécurisée : Tchap, basée sur un logiciel libre (Riot) et un standard ouvert (Matrix). Le nom vient du télégraphe de Chappe (inventé par Claude Chappe en 1794).

Pour leurs échanges à distance, les agents publics peuvent compter sur Tchap, la messagerie instantanée conçue pour eux, opérée par l’État.
